sick children and new apartment

Ok I'm putting two in one, only because I don't have enough pics for daily. It's not working so well, it's so easy to forget. What it has done is given me a reason to take more pictures of random things, that's good right? And to document my daily life a little better. So here are some pictures.

So if you're reading this, it's probably because you know me personally and you know I've moved. Below are a few pictures of our new apartment. I wouldn't normally take pics of the whole apartment, but some friends wanted to see what it looked like and Ricky's school had some project:

Now below are pictures of this morning 12/3/10. The boys are sick, Adrien was throwing up the night before last and is still not feeling up to par to go to school...Ricky was throwing up last night and they both fell asleep on the couch this morning. They slept until 10 am...just now.

Thanksgiving weekend!

Ok, so in the last 4 days we took enough pictures for the whole missed week. We'll start with Thanksgiving:

On Friday 11/26/10, we went to a friends house and had another thanksgiving dinner so here are the boys.
On Saturday, 11/27/10 we went to Solvang. It was cold and it started raining, so our trip was cut short but we found a present for Vovo

Family photo taken this morning 11/28/10 at church, there are a few of them and in most of them one or the other of the boys is making a funny face. we took these because we needed a family photo for a project for Ricky's school
Ricky had to make a shadow box about his favorite holiday, after he said summer, I reminded him that summer is not a holiday so he had to pick another one...and he said.....Christmas!
So we did two projects tonight, the shadow box is due friday, and this poster is due monday. Ricky is Embassador of the week and has to show his family.

And here are the cookies! Nick Jr. had a demonstration about how to make thanksgiving turkey cookies and Ricky had the instructions memorized and wanted to make them. so we made them.

Days 10 and 11 a total bust!

Ok maybe not a total bust. We took these pictures yesterday, 11/20/10. Technically the 10th day of pictures. So the bust was really on today. We had a busy day at church and it really slipped my mind. So to make up for today's failure, I'll post 3 pictures of yesterday and show you a little of the fun the boys had at the auto show:

Picture a day, days 6-?

Ok so I have more pictures than days, that's good right??? I'll tell you about the three at the top first and then speak to the daily photos. The first one is of our 3rd bedroom or the office or the guest room or soon to be the library! it's my fun room, I'm really excited about having the extra room and it's a big one too!!

And this third photo is from my birthday party, yes my birthday was 19 days ago, but my family just got around to celebrating it!This was Day 6. 11/16/10. The caption is "I'm too tired to take a picture" the truth is I forgot and I was in bed when I remembered so I told my husband to take a pic of me sleeping.

The next day, the fire alarm at work went off (false alarm, not a drill) and we had to evacuate. That's me and my coworker on 11/18/10
And last but not least for today, this was last night 11/19/10, where my family decided it was a good day for cake...umm to celebrate my belated birthday. I got a nice bag out of it at least! And even if it was late, I'm glad my family remembered to wish me a happy birthday.

I don't do much of anything online over the weekend, just don't have the time, but I have been taking my daily pictures, so here they are all together, and backwards:

This one is from today 11/15/10. It's a picture of my workspace with pictures of my boys!

This one is of Sunday, 11/14/10. Ella-Lorraine, pictured got baptized and I had the honor of being a Godmother!

This one took place on Saturday 11/13/10. I helped out with sorting medicine for our Honduras mission. Pictured above are 2 of the medical practitioners coming on the trip with us. They were putting Iron supplements in form of liquid in small bottles.

And last and first all at the same time is from 11/12/10. This was Friday morning before leaving home, I love how it looks like JM is having a conversation w/Jesus.

Easter 2010

We had a wonderful Easter. I've been away for 2 weeks so I hadn't had time to get the boys Easter outfits. Well I went out on Sunday morning and Children's Place saved the day!!
